Dr. Dre Feat. Eminem & Skylar Grey- "I Need a Doctor" (Video)

Here is the long awaited video for "I Need a Doctor" directed by veteran film maker Allen Hughes of The Hughes Brothers. This was Eminem's first time working with Allen, who proved to be a true pleasure to work with and a pro in every sense. The interior shots were filmed at former Downtown LA power plant turned night club The Edison. The look of the modern low-tech machinery landscape with the high-tech equipment is pretty awesome. Don't worry Dre didn't have to hold his breath for that long... just an Eminem verse or so per take! Peep the sly cameos from Skylar Gray and Alex Da Kid as doctors as well and behold the Oracle.

The Knux- "She's So Up"

Below is the first track off The Knux as-yet-untitled sophomore LP: "She's So Up." It's one of my favorite guitar riffs out there, and I'm sure you'll agree that the chorus stands up to it. Last week was a busy one for videos in the world of Goliath Artists, Inc. as we shot this one in LA with the incomparable Don Tyler along with Eminem's "Spacebound" (Joseph Kahn) and Travis Barker's "Can A Drummer Get Some" (Syndrome). Look for all to debut in the next couple of weeks...

World famous bootlegging DJ, Whoo Kid, teamed up with producer/drummer Travis Barker for this great mix tape available for free downloads today HERE. Travis reworked and played drums on all of the tracks included in order to get your hearts and minds ready for his solo full-length debut album Give the Drummer Some, available 3/15/11 on Interscope Records and Tapes.

Hanukkah Radio- 2010

In case you missed it (which for your sake I hope you did), here is the 2010 installment of Hanukkah Radio from Sirius XM's Shade45. This year myself and Reef the Streets along with Shady Records' own Dro Grindstein brought for another horrible program celebrating the Jewish holiday of Hanukkah and the intersection of hip-hop and Judaism.
This year, we nominated a new Jew of the Year, played the famous game Jew or Not a Jew?, interviewed the esteemed author of The Big Payback, Dan Charnas, and had a call-in from none other than Warner Music Group's head honcho Lyor Cohen.

DJ AM Vinyl Sale

DJ AM Remembered- NYC

Come celebrate the life and music of our friend Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein tonight in New York City at Santos with music supplied by some of AM's favorite DJ's, including DJ Premier, Stretch Armstrong and Mark Ronson. It's going to be a great time to remember, rejoice and reminisce. Proceeds will benefit the DJ AM Memorial Fund.

Lenny Kravitz: Only Half-A-Jew

A couple of weeks ago Lenny Kravitz, one of the coolest jews ever, was on HBO's Entourage in a cameo scene. He appeared in a temple, wearing a tallit and yarmulke, geared up for a bat-mitzvah. The Entourage dudes shot some behind-the-scenes footage and put it up on YouTube. Check it out.

We have this radio station on Sirius XM called Shade45. On the station we have these afternoon hosts named Rude Jude & Lord Sear who have a show called The All-Out Show.
