Travis reworked and played drums on all of the tracks included in order to get your hearts and minds ready for his solo full-length debut album Give the Drummer Some, available 3/15/11 on Interscope Records and Tapes.

In case you haven't seen it, Travis Barker's drum solo at the beginning of the encore is an amazing spectacle. It's best witnessed in person so that you can really see the scope of what he's doing flying in the air and spinning around vertically, but this clip below shows you what's up.

TRV$/DJAM @ Weenie Roast

Here is the first few minutes of Travis Barker and DJ AM at the KROQ Weenie Roast this past Saturday in Cali. These guys took the stage last by force and killed it. Pardon the low quality, it was just from my Panasonic Lumix... I wish I had more memory on my card, the Queen finale was crazy.

I am so full of sympathy and sorrow for the loss of our friend, Chris "Lil Chris" Baker and Travis's buddy, Charles "Che" Still. I'm sure there are some people out there that knew them or know Travis and AM that would like to offer their support. Oh the building excitement! Except for the fact that it's the NFL's Sunday 2008 season kickoff (only MTV would put the VMA's on the same day, huh?) this is the thing to watch today. Travis and AM are the "house band" for the 2008 VMA's, and will play throughout the show in and out of commercial breaks and will also back 4 different performances on tonight's show.
